• Prepare to upgrade
  To upgrade, you must confirm that you have the appropriate credentials.
• Unpack the Oracle Empirica Signal 2025.4.03 files
  On the application server running Oracle Empirica Signal 2025.4.01 or 2025.4.02, start a command shell.
