Create the Oracle Empirica Signal deployment on the Oracle WebLogic Server

To deploy Oracle Empirica Signal, you must create the deployment on the Oracle WebLogic Server in four steps.

• Step I: Deploy jax-rs-2.0
  In this step you will create new deployment plans for Signal and SignalServer.
• Step II: Deploy Signal application
  In this step you will unlock, deploy, and lock the Signal server again.
• Step III: Deploy TopicsService application
  In this step you will unlock, deploy, and lock the TopicsService server again.
• Step IV: Deploy TopicServiceR application
  In this step you will unlock, deploy, and lock the TopicServiceR server again.
