Manage topic templates
You can create, edit, and delete topic templates that pre-populate fields and actions in a standardized way.

Topic templates can serve as the starting point for creating new topics. You can create, edit, and delete topic templates that can be used by designated work team members to pre-populate fields and actions in a standardized way. - View existing topic templates
You can view the topic templates defined for the topic workflow configuration. - View a specific topic template
You can view the details of a specific topic template. - Topic Template page
On the Topic Template page, you can view and edit topic template information, including their actions and history. - Add a topic template
Topic templates standardize and simplify the creation of topics and their associated actions. When creating a new topic, users in those work teams to which the template is visible can select the template to populate the initial topic and action field values. - Make a topic template visible to a work team
To allow users to use the topic template when creating a new topic, the template must be made visible to a work team in which the users belong. - Edit a topic template
When you edit a topic template, you can perform all the actions of managing a topic template. - Copy a topic template
On the Manage Topic Templates page, you can copy an existing topic template using the Copy option in the Row Action menu. - Delete a topic template
On the Manage Topic Template page, you can delete a topic template using Delete in the Row Action menu. - Topic template actions
Topic templates contain topic template actions that define actions that are created when you add a topic using that topic template. The topic template actions define the topic state when these actions become active in the topic.
