2 Get your account information

Where can I get the application or study URL?

You have access to one of these pages, depending on what your organization uses. From there, you can open the applications or studies to which you have access.

  • Oracle Health Sciences My Oracle Bookmarks
  • Oracle Life Sciences Cloud landing page

How do I access my landing page?

Your delegated administrator must first create your account in Oracle Identity Self Service. After your account is created, you receive one or more emails containing the Oracle Life Sciences Cloud account link that takes you to Oracle Health Sciences My Oracle Bookmarks or the Oracle Life Sciences Cloud landing page.

The number of emails you receive after your account is created depends on the password reset flow that your organization uses.

  • If your organization uses the Security Questions flow to reset account passwords, you receive two emails:
    • New Account Email: Contains the username for your Oracle Life Sciences SSO account.
    • Account Password Email: Contains the password for your Oracle Life Sciences SSO account. Use this password only the first time you sign in to your SSO account. After that, you must create a new password for your account. The Oracle Life Sciences Cloud account link in this email takes you to Oracle Health Sciences My Oracle Bookmarks or the Oracle Life Sciences Cloud landing page.

      Tip:

Save these emails so you can return to them when you are notified that you have been given access to applications managed through Oracle Identity Self Service. If you lose these emails, contact your delegated administrator or Oracle Life Sciences Support to get your username and password.
  • If your organization uses the Email Link flow to reset account passwords, you receive the New Account Email containing:
    • The username for your Oracle Life Sciences SSO account.
    • A link to create a password for your Oracle Life Sciences SSO account.
    • The Oracle Life Sciences Cloud account link that takes you to Oracle Health Sciences My Oracle Bookmarks or the Oracle Life Sciences Cloud landing page.

Note:

Customers who move to the updated Oracle Identity Self Service console can use an email confirmation code for password reset. The email content that users receive depends on your organization's password reset flow.
