Clinical data table generation: RT_ITEMSTATE	In the Clinical view descriptions section, under Clinical data table generation, added the ITEMFIRSTSDV, ITEMFIRSTDATA and ITEMEMPTY columns to RT_ITEMSTATE. Note: When using DMW for a study upgraded or migrated to this version, a metadata reload and a subsequent full load are required in order to refresh all historical data already loaded from RT_ITEMSTATE. This ensures these new columns are correctly populated with said data.
Study design metadata: IRV_FORM_ASSOC_HISTORY	In the Study design metadata section, under Operational view descriptions, added the InForm reporting object IRV_FORM_ASSOC_History.
