Data from associated forms

Use the report data in the Clinical Data by Associated Form package to create a Cognos Reporting report with associated form data.

You can create a Cognos Reporting report to show the relationship between data on two associated forms. For example, a report can accurately provide data on the adverse events and concomitant medications for a subject. For example, it can accurately illustrate the relationships between:

• The subject and each adverse event.
• The subject and each medication.
• The adverse event and its associated concomitant medication.

Tip:

• The associated forms must be repeating.
• The forms must be marked as associated in Oracle Central Designer.
• The report must only contain data from two associated forms.

Note:

You cannot create a Cognos Reporting report that contains data from both the Clinical Data by Form folder and the Clinical Data by Associated Form package.
