Manual Intake
You can now manually process source documents without needing to upload an initial file using the new Manual Intake action.
Selecting the new Manual Intake action from the Intake Worklist interface opens a blank Duplicate Search form where you can start manually entering data for a new record. After completing the Duplicate Search you can either create a new case (the Confirm Initial action, followed by Create Case) or merge with an existing case.
- A new Manual Intake task has been added to the Consolidated Intake user interfaces. Previously, this task was called "Create New Record".
