Updated FDA FAERS R3 allowed values for UCUM test unit codes

Description

The allowed laboratory test units for the FDA FAERS E2B(R3) factory profile is updated using the FDA draft list for TESTUNIT [F.r.3.3], aligning the supported UCUM test unit codes with the current EMA-accepted values. This enhancement expands the set of supported values, reducing validation and report generation errors caused by previously unsupported but valid UCUM codes. As a result, laboratory test unit values are now transmitted in TESTUNIT [F.r.3.3] whenever a matching supported value exists, rather than being sent in TESTRESULTTEXT [F.r.3.4] due to profile limitations.
