Causality results not displayed in the Event Assessment section

Before

For applicable E2B records ingested in Safety One Intake, CEA assessments could be omitted when ALI or ADI values were missing or blank. Thus, causality results were not displayed in the Event Assessment section. (Bug 39934559)

After

For E2B records ingested in Safety One Intake, missing or blank ALI and ADI values are treated as 0. Valid CEA assessments and their causality information are thus displayed correctly in the Event Assessment section.
