Dechallenge and rechallenge results not displayed in the Event Assessment section

When a document was ingested in Safety One Intake, the dechallenge and rechallenge results extracted from that document were not displayed in the Event Assessment section. As a result, this information was lost when the record was promoted to Argus. (Bug 39951730)

After

When a document is ingested in Safety One Intake, dechallenge and rechallenge results are displayed in the Event Assessment section and retained when the record is promoted to Argus.
