Configure new agency

You need to configure a new agency in Oracle Argus Safety that uses the SAFETY ONE ARGUS TEMPLATE E2B R3+ profile.

Safety One Argus sends AE report information to Oracle Argus Safety in E2B(R3) message. This report information is decoded using the SAFETY ONE ARGUS TEMPLATE E2B R3+ profile.

This profile is activated via a script shared to the registered Oracle Safety One Intake customers.

1. Log in to Oracle Argus Safety and click Argus Console.
2. From the Code Lists context menu, click Argus.
3. Click Reporting Destination in the left panel.
4. To add the new agency, enter the following information in the Add New Reporting Destination form:
   • Agency Information tab
     • Agency Name: SAFETY_ONE_ARGUS
   • Local Company Contact tab:
     • Company Name: ARGUS
   • EDI tab:
     • Agency Identifier: SAFETY_ONE_ARGUS
     • Skip MDN polling: Select the checkbox to enable.
     • Company Identifier: ARGUS
     • Message Profile: SAFETY ONE ARGUS E2B R3+ TEMPLATE
     • Suppress ACK Transmission: Select the checkbox to enable.
     • Allowed attachment file size per attachment (in MB): 1000
     • Allowed report size (in MB): 1000
5. Click Save.

Note:

The SAFETY ONE ARGUS E2B R3+ TEMPLATE should not be used for other agency configurations to ensure data integrity.
