Submission milestone timelines did not load as expected for sites whose completed date was blanked out (e.g., blanked on Corrections tab). We updated milestone behavior so that if a completed date on the submission milestone is blanked out, the prediction on that milestone will be updated to null, and the submission milestone timeline will load as expected.
