What's new
This release adds usability and workflow improvements across Oracle Site Activate, including Artifact Drawer enhancements, Artifact ID search support, Notes filtering updates, and PI replace validation; as well as refinements to tables, filters, and OJET-based user interface components.
- API integration
We added validation to PI replace requests so only updates with actual field changes are accepted. - Artifact drawers
Artifact drawer updates improve clarity with updated labels, aligned date fields, helpful tooltips, and a consistent History tab layout for easier navigation. - Artifact search
All Items tabs at the Study, Country, and Site levels now support searching by Artifact ID. - Data Export Utility
The report sharing modal now reflects the behavior introduced in release 25.1 that allows shared-to users to modify and save shared reports. - Document management
The Expiring Items page now uses the OJET table design introduced in the 25.1 release. - Notes
You’ll see a new Subtype filter for Notes at the Study, Country, and Site levels when your account has the Notes Subtype feature enabled. - Site experience
Artifact widgets now display the most recent accessible file in the header, making it easier for Site Experience users to quickly locate it. - Submissions
Submission updates improve visibility of country approvals and restore IRB type and Protocol filters in the Workflow Wizard. - User interface
Usability updates include persistent filters, table record counters, a loading limit banner, site count distribution tooltips, improved paste recognition, and modals updated to the new OJET design standards. - User management
New logic prevents redirect to keep site users on the correct URL after they enter an incorrect password at login.
