Notes

You’ll see a new Subtype filter for Notes at the Study, Country, and Site levels when your account has the Notes Subtype feature enabled.

Note Subtype filter

This release adds a Subtype filter to the Notes tab at the Study, Country, and Site levels when the Note Subtype feature is enabled for your account. The new filter lets you narrow the Notes list by specific subtypes.

When enabled, you’ll see a single-select Subtype filter after Note Type and before Note Status, with options based on your account’s configured Note Subtypes. The filter defaults to All, which includes all subtypes and notes with no subtype.

When you select a specific subtype, the list shows only matching notes and excludes blank values. The filter also works together with existing filters across the full result set, such as Note and Note Status.
