Site experience

Artifact widgets now display the most recent accessible file in the header, making it easier for Site Experience users to quickly locate it.

File link

This release updates the Site Experience artifact widget to display the most recent accessible file in the contract, document, or submission activities widget header. This change improves file visibility while preserving existing file access behavior.

When at least one file is available based on file sharing permissions, a link file appears at the top of the widget using the same display and functionality as the file history section, including click-to-download and, when supported, the preview option. The header displays the file link when the widget is in either an opened or closed state. If no accessible files are available, no file link displays at the top of the widget.

The widget's file history section remains unchanged and continues to provide access to previous files and metadata as it did previously.
