Study progress reports
We migrated most Study progress reports (e.g., Milestone and Submission Planning, Milestone Predictions Dashboard, etc.) to Oracle Analytics Cloud and made report-level updates.
Contract Module Dashboard
All standard report About pages now use a consistent font and background; all text on the About pages is unchanged. The Contract Module Dashboard report's About page reflects this enhancement.
Additionally, the Contract Module Dashboard report had the following changes resulting from migration:
The Site Contract Status worksheet's center bar graph section no longer supports switching the chart dynamically by contract sub-type. Instead, all contract subtypes display at once.
Due to functional redundancy, we did not migrate the Contract Module Dashboard report’s export worksheets. The Site Contract Activity Export, Site Contract Details Export, and Site Budget Details Export worksheets are removed from the report in release 24.2.1.

Milestone and Submission Planning
The Milestone and Submission Planning report had the following changes resulting from migration:
Due to functional redundancy, we did not migrate the Export Milestone and Submission Planning and Export Milestone and Submission Planning History worksheets. These worksheets are removed from the report in release 24.2.1.
On the two remaining worksheets, Milestone and Submission Planning and Milestone and Submission Planning History, “Info” data that was previously grouped into one cell (e.g., Study Info, Country Info, etc.) is now separated into discrete columns. For example, the discrete columns for the previous Study Info column are now Study Name, Study Status, Protocol Name, Portfolio, and Study Created Date.

Milestone Predictions Dashboard
The Milestone Predictions Dashboard report migration resulted in several functional and report design updates.
Previously, the cycle count and median days did not change based on any filter selection; it showed the values for the same PI/global milestone/value within the cycle threshold across all studies. After report migration to Oracle Analytics Cloud, when you select any filter, that filter value can change the cycle count and median days. This is now the expected behavior.
The Milestone Predictions worksheet tabular data previously included a hover-over view that showed additional column details. This functionality is no longer supported and is removed with the 24.2 release.
On the Prediction Analysis worksheet, we replaced box plots with bar charts, a prediction delta metric, and a comparison table to show the difference between predicted and actual across different groups and data slices. As described above, the previous hover-over view functionality for tabular data has been removed from this worksheet as of release 24.2.

Open Activities
After migration to Oracle Analytics Cloud, the Open Activities report includes just one worksheet, Open Activities. We did not migrate the Export Open Activities worksheet due to functional redundancy.
The "Info" columns (e.g., Study Info, Country Info, Site Info, etc.) now show each data point as separate values. For example, the previous Study Info column is now broken out into separate columns for Study Name, Study Status, Protocol Name, Portfolio, and Study Created At (date).

Site IP Release Package Dashboard
All standard report About pages now use a consistent font and background; all text on the About pages is unchanged. The Site IP Release Package Dashboard report's About page reflects this enhancement. Migration of the Site IP Release Package Dashboard report to Oracle Analytics Cloud also resulted in multiple design and functional changes to other worksheets.
We relocated the Release Package Review worksheet’s “What is the breakdown of release packages under review” and “What are the reasons for package rejection” sections. You’ll find this information in the Release Package Review Status worksheet, with the charts repeating for different data breakdowns.
The Release Package Review worksheet’s running sum functionality for the “What is my performance to plan for release package milestones over time” section was not migrated to Oracle Analytics Cloud. Instead, this visualization now stops at the last date data point (instead of stopping the visualization where the data ends for the given baseline, planned, actual date).
On the Package Review worksheet, we also removed the option to show percentages. Report users can use the totals to calculate percentages outside of the report if needed.

The Release Package Document Review worksheet shows the five most frequent documents included in the review packages. The “top five” value is no longer adjustable, and we also removed the option to show percentages on this worksheet.
On the Release Package Details and Release Package Document Details worksheets, “Info” data that was previously grouped into one cell (e.g., Study Info, Country Info, etc.) is now separated into discrete columns. For example, the discrete columns for the previous Study Info column are now Study Name, Study Status, Protocol Name, Portfolio, and Study Created Date. Also, the Baseline Date, Planned Date, and Actual Date are now separated into three columns on the Release Package Details worksheet.
Finally, we did not migrate the Data Export worksheet due to functional redundancies. The Data Export worksheet is removed from the report as of release 24.2.

Study Summary Dashboard
All standard report About pages now use a consistent font and background; all text on the About pages is unchanged. The Study Summary Dashboard report's About page reflects this enhancement. Additionally, the migrated Study Summary Dashboard includes the following worksheet-specific changes resulting from the migration to Oracle Analytics Cloud:
Study KPI worksheet: The “planned vs actual by month” visualization is now a line chart that shows the Baseline, Planned, and Actual calculations in separate lines.

Milestones KPI worksheet: This worksheet previously showed three different graphs and three different KPIs for selecting multiple milestones simultaneously with filtering at the visualization level. This functionality is no longer available. Instead, the Milestones KPI worksheet shows a single KPI and one graph. Filtering for this sheet is now at the report level.
Study Milestones, Country Milestones, Country Submissions, Site Milestones, and Site Submissions worksheets: These worksheets have similar changes after migration. For example, each now shows the study (and associated data) vertically in shaded cell(s) at the row’s far left. Additionally, the sheets now include Completed dates, show dates next to the color-coded icons (actual, baseline, and planned dates), and now have a legend above the milestone data (Completed, Unplanned (Completed), Past Due, and Unplanned (Open)). The worksheets also indicate the artifact or submission version (as applicable) in a vertical row header cell or a column cell.
Please note that the worksheets no longer include sections for “Most recent study note” and “Most recent reason for change,” etc., so they no longer provide functionality to click a milestone cell to view the most recent notes at the bottom of the worksheet. You can access note data in the report’s All Notes worksheet.

Finally, with release 24.2.1, we removed the Artifact Detail and All Notes worksheets to prevent report performance issues.
Note:
For best performance, select one or just a few studies instead of all studies.Submissions and Approval Status
The Submissions and Approval Status Dashboard report has the following updates after migration to Oracle Analytics Cloud:
- Worksheets that previously included grouped data “Info” data cells (e.g., Study Info, Country Info, etc.) now show this data in separate columns. For example, the columns for the previous Study Info column are now Study Name, Study Status, Protocol Name, Portfolio, and Study Created Date.
- The Sites in Submission worksheet has been renamed to Submission and Approval Activities
- We did not migrate the report’s export worksheets due to functional redundancy.
The Submission and Approval Status worksheet no longer includes the Sites in Submission section. We moved the information to the Submission and Approval Activities worksheet.
