Site progress reports
We migrated the standard Site progress reports (i.e., Next Actions, Notes Report, etc.) to Oracle Analytics Cloud and made report-level updates.
Next Actions
The Next Actions report has been migrated to Oracle Analytics Cloud. To better align the charts at the top of the report, we made a minor user interface update to relocate the Group Data By filter to display just above the chart heading at the upper right. Otherwise, the migrated Next Actions report is functionally identical to the previously available report.

Notes Report
The Notes Report had the following changes after migration to Oracle Analytics Cloud:
- We removed the text search field and related filters (e.g., Search Type, Target, etc.) at the top of the Notes Report worksheet. Text search functionality is no longer available.
- Due to functional redundancy, we did not migrate the Notes Export worksheet; it is deprecated as of release 24.2.2. User can export the notes from Notes Report worksheet directly.

Site Progress
The Site Progress report had changes to the following worksheets after migration to Oracle Analytics Cloud:
Site Progress worksheet
For the “Select a KPI” chart at the center of the worksheet, we replaced the vertical bar chart with a horizontal bar chart.
Site Performance worksheet
At the top of the dashboard, we added the Agreed to Confidentiality metric. Metric calculation sources (e.g., “number of sites selected divided by the number of sites invited to participate”) now display in circular graphics below the metrics.
At the center of the dashboard, the KPI visualization at the right previously combined tabular and horizontal bar chart data. That combined visualization is not supported in Oracle Analytics Cloud, and we replaced it with a standard table.
Site Assignment Report
The "Include Unassigned Sites" filter has been relabeled to "Site Assigned?" in the migrated report and offers three options: Yes, No, and both. These selections return data as follows:
- Selecting All will include both sites that were assigned and sites that were not assigned.
- Selecting Yes will only include sites that are assigned,
- Selecting No will only include sites that are unassigned.
Site Performance Export
The Site Performance PDF export worksheet was not migrated and is deprecated as of release 24.2.2. To export the Site Performance worksheet, you can use Oracle Analytics Cloud standard export controls. Click the Export icon at the top right of the workbook or right click anywhere on the sheet and select File. Then choose your preferred export options (format, orientation, etc.).
Site Assignment Details
The migrated Site Assignment Details worksheet no longer includes the Site Assignment Metric filter or the Reset Drilldown Filter button. This worksheet also uses the "Site Assigned?" filter as described in the Site Assignment Report section above.
Site Details
On the Site Details worksheet, we added a new “1st invitation email sent” column.

Site Study Interest and Exclusion
With the migration to Oracle Analytics Cloud, we made the following changes to the Site Study Interest and Exclusion Report:
- The filters named Include Records with No Response Reasons and Include Records with Empty Responses have been replaced with a filter labeled Response Reasons
- At the worksheet’s lower left, the Studies section now orients study names vertically instead of horizontally
- The former Investigators section at the lower right is now titled Site Details. We also updated this section to present site detail data in a tabular format and include an integrated Investigators column
- The ability to drill down by clicking on a data point is not supported in Oracle Analytics Cloud.
- Selecting an investigator does not filter the studies chart and selecting a study does not update the investigator chart. But user can use the top filters to filter for specific investigator or studies.

Survey Response Analysis
The Survey Response Analysis report migration resulted in these functional and design updates:
- On the Survey Analysis sheet, the Total Studies and Surveys Submitted section at the top no longer includes a formatted text box. Now, the section shows the totals as simple text.
- On the Question Analysis sheet, we made the following notable updates:
- The response detail table at the top of the worksheet no longer supports bar chart functionality for the Count Distinct Responses column. This column now displays the numerical response count.
- We retitled the Select an investigator to view site detail information section at the bottom of the worksheet. The section is now titled Site Detail Information. We also removed the separate Investigator listing previously included on the left side of this section. Now, you can use the worksheet’s Investigator filter to specify one or more investigators. Finally, we reformatted the site detail data to display in a tabular format instead of a text list.
The remaining worksheets in the Survey Response Analysis report are unchanged and function as they did before the migration.
