Standard report migration

Standard Oracle Site Select reports have been migrated to Oracle Analytics Cloud.

Migration summary

With this release, we migrated standard Oracle Site Select reports from Tableau to Oracle Analytics Cloud data visualizations.

The report migration introduced the following common changes across Management and Site progress reports:

  • Report tabs are located below the worksheet or dashboard content instead of above
  • Data filters are located in a row above the worksheet or Dashboard instead of in a panel on the right side
  • You can add a temporary filter on a report from all the available columns to further filter the data in the report
  • Minor differences in the standard reports color palette with no functional impact

The migration also introduced report-level functional changes, which we've detailed in the Management reports and Site progress reports sections of these release notes. Except for the functional changes described in these release notes, the reports work as they did in the 24.2 Oracle Site Analyze release.

We did not migrate the following reports, which are deprecated as of this 24.2.2 patch release:

  • Select Account Reconciliation Dashboard
  • Site Profile

Note:

Access to reports in Oracle Analytics Cloud requires Oracle Identity Cloud Service (IDCS) authentication. Please contact your Oracle services representative to discuss requirements and scheduling for your organization's account.

Please note that export limitations exist in Oracle Analytics Cloud. When you create an Oracle Analytics Cloud instance for your production or non-production environment, you either specify the number of Oracle Compute Units (OCPUs) you want to deploy or the number of people you expect to use the service. The compute size determines the maximum number of rows you can export, and there are different limits for formatted (Microsoft Excel) and unformatted (CSV) data. Please reference the documented sizing options.
