Feasibility survey updates prevent duplicate response versions for identical survey responses and make unanswered questions easier to identify in Oracle Site Select and exported PDFs.
Duplicate surveys
Oracle Site Select now prevents duplicate survey response versions when a site submits or resubmits a single-page or multi-page survey without changing any answers.
Previously, duplicate webhook notifications or unchanged resubmissions could create additional survey versions. Oracle Site Select now creates a new response version only when at least one answer changes, and the first survey submission creates only one version.
No answer survey response
If you have permission to view and export survey responses, unanswered single- and multi-response questions now display “No response provided” when you open a submitted survey response in Oracle Site Select.
When you export or download the completed survey as a PDF, unanswered single-response and multi-response questions display “No response.”
