Assigning or updating the study version

Note:

Before proceeding, ensure that you comply with the regulatory requirements described in Regulatory Requirements for Oracle InForm User Management Tool.

You can assign a study version to a site or update the study version after you have modified a site.

  1. Select Sites from the menu bar.
  2. Select the sponsor company and trial from the Current Sponsor Company and Trial drop-down lists.
  3. Select the checkbox to the left of the site to update the study version for.
  4. From the Select drop-down list, select Assign study version.
  5. From the study version drop-down list, select the study version.
  6. In the Comments field, enter the reason for change, and click Go.
