Creating ODM roles in Oracle InForm User Management Tool

Before creating roles, groups, and users, be aware that:
  • All role names, group names and user names are case-sensitive.
  • For Fast Start production and UAT studies, all integration roles, groups and users will be created as part of the generated XML file. For Fast Forward production and UAT studies, all integration roles, groups and users will be created through automated worklists.
To integrate ODM in Oracle InForm User Management Tool, you need to set up the following roles, groups, and users.
  1. For the integration role, create a sponsor role called ODM Rights Group with the following right:
    • Print
  2. For the ODM user, create a sponsor user called odm_user, assign it the authentication role and authorize it for Oracle InForm access.

    Note:

    If you are creating the user through a MUL import, user mode must be set to Interactive User (column AS in the Users tab).
