Viewing and modifying Oracle InForm role details

The InForm Role Details page lets you view the rights associated with a role and modify the details, if required. When role details are modified, the reason for change is captured and the changes are tracked and audited. You can view the changes made to a particular field by viewing its corresponding audit trails.

  1. Select Roles from the menu bar.
  2. Select the sponsor company and trial from the Current Sponsor Company and Trial drop-down lists.
  3. In the Role Name column, click a role.
  4. Modify the role details.

    Note:

    To associate users to a role, click the Associate Users icon (Association icon.) to the right of the Role field.
  5. In the Reason for Change field, enter the reason for modifying the role details.
  6. Complete one of the following:
    • To save the changes and return to the previous page, click Submit and then click Return.
    • To cancel the changes and return to the previous page, click Return.
