The 22.4.1 enhancements and changes listed in this document are not available to customers until they are upgraded to NetSuite for Government 22.4.1. Your access to these features and SuiteApps is subject to the terms of service in your NetSuite for Government contract.

Finance:

GASB financial statements template - Add fields to fund for streamlining the financial reporting process. These fields will allow users to set the types, sub-types and group funds together for their financial statements.

Add Department to balance sheet transactions w/ default Department - Add groupings for financial statements outside of the department hierarchies for different department groupings outside of budgetary requirements

1099-NEC and 1099-MISC Regulatory Support - Provided 6 reports for 1099-NEC and 1099-MISC Payments information for in-year validation reporting. Vendors flagged as 1099 Eligible on the Vendor screen who have payments within the tax year for transactions coded to Accounts with 1099 Reporting Codes will appear on this report with the applicable payment amounts.

Procurement:

Add PO field for remaining balance - The remaining balance field added to the Purchase Order screen allows users to see how much has been billed against any particular line within the purchase order. This value is populated as both the purchase orders and vendor bills are entered or updated.

Expense Commitment and Budget Validation (ECB) Enhancements - Edit custom budget form to remove currency, exchange rate and fund at body level. Reorder fields and add Grant as a budget tracking field.

Purchase Orders – Restrict ability to change the account number on a purchase order payment to only the encumbered and approved account from the PO

Projects:

Project Accounting - Add Project and Project Task fields to forms to allow for project accounting and job costing within transactions and reporting. Project information is available on the following forms: Custom Budget, Requisition, Purchase Order, Bill, Bill Credit, Journal, Check, Expense Report, Credit Card, Item Receipt, Inventory Adjustment.
