The 23.1.1 enhancements and changes listed in this document are not available to customers until they are upgraded to NetSuite for Government 23.1.1. Your access to these features and SuiteApps is subject to the terms of service in your NetSuite for Government contract.

NetSuite for Government Version 23.1.1 – Release Date Feb 9, 2023

Finance:

Balancing Segments Enhancement – Configuration added to set how often balancing segments will run and will allow users to import large amounts of transactions without having to turn off balancing segments.

Budget Transfer Enhancements

- Auto-approve budgets when copying budget from budget transfer.

- The user's name will default into the requestor field when opening the budget request screen

- Allow users the ability to change the date on the budget transfer.

New Budget Consumed Amount Saved Search - Detailed view of transactions to assist as part of the budget validation process.

New Cash Requirements Report – Designed to complement the Bill Payment screen.

Vendor Bill Enhancement – Added the ability to see remaining balance of a PO on the vendor bill.
