NetSuite for Government Version 24.2.3 Hot Fix – Release Date March 06, 2024

- Department Segment:
- Removed requirement for department on classification on all transaction fields that have classification.
- Added logs to track encumbrance creation time.
- Removed redundant lookup for approval status on vendor bill user event.
