Customer Cloud Services (CCS): – Release Date September 21, 2026
- Correction to install reading time to be set to 12 AM instead of 1 AM.
- Updated LPC logic to apply unused overpayment credit at time of LPC calculation to determine accurate SA balances.
- Offset process logic adjustment to split an overpayment based on % of debt when SA's have the same payment priority.
