Customer Cloud Services (CCS): – Release Date October 04, 2026

• Enhancement to the start service on premise process flow to search for existing person based on External Contact ID.
• Enhancement to New Premise Process Flow. Default Premise address and Characteristics details based on Postal Code default. Allow for addition of SP Field Information.
• New Start Service process flow. Ability to capture Account Characteristics.
• New Premise Process Flow - allow for the addition of multi-items when creating a Garbage SP.

Various Fixes and Performance Improvements

• Updated error logic to abend batch when an error occurs in processing of payment file.

Employee Portal: – Release Date October 04, 2026

• Process to upload and transform payment file(s) into the base upload file format.
• Bill Printing - new bill print items to be mapped for printing.
