Refund Fees and Process

Refund Fees

Oracle Payment Cloud Service customers are charged for refunds at the same rate as a charge. However, the key difference between the Oracle fees charged for the charges vs. refund transactions is that, whenever a refund is processed, the fee (proportional to the refund amount that was collected from the Oracle customer) is set to return the funds to the guest card.
