Unassign an Account Owner

Remove a user as an account owner.

For details about required privileges, see Predefined Payment Groups and Privileges.

At least one owner must remain assigned to an account.

  1. In Payment Cloud Service, click Accounts at the bottom of the dashboard, and then select the account from which you want to unassign an owner.
  2. Click Users.
  3. Find the owner you want to unassign from the account, click the actions menu icon of 3 dots, click Unassign User, and then click Unassign.
