Payment Flows

Payment flows show whether an active business can receive and move funds. They are based on the business verification results.

On the Business Management page, the business list includes a Payout column. This column shows whether payouts to the business bank account are allowed or blocked.

View Payment Flow Details

For active businesses, the business detail page includes a Payment Flow section. Click the section to open a drawer with the Payout Status and the state of each flow.

The drawer groups the flows as follows:

Area	Flow
Getting Paid	Pay out to your bank
Payment Flows	Receive processed payments Send to another Business Account Receive from Another Business Account

If a flow is blocked, review the business verification status. For more information, see Verify a Business - Know Your Customer (KYC).
