Predefined Payment Groups
Groups define what a user can do in Oracle Payment Cloud Service. A user can have many groups assigned to them.
Where groups are managed
- Groups are assigned in OCI IAM
- In Oracle Payment Cloud Service, you can:
- View group membership but not change it
- To change see Manage Group Assignments
Industry Group Access (required)
All non–Payment Administrators must have at least one industry group. Payment Administrators automatically have access to all industries.

Business Management Groups
Needed to add onboard a Business covering Business Units and Business Accounts.

| Legal Entity Manager | Just managing businesses including verification (KYC) |
| Business Unit Manager | Just managing business units |
| Account Manager | Just managing business accounts |
| Account Location Address | For those that manage business accounts and need to update location address details |

Note: A users in the Payment Service Owner group will also have access to these reports.

Payment Administrator Group
This group provides full access to all features:
- Complete onboarding a Business including Terminal registration
- Access to all Businesses, Business Unit and Business Accounts and ability to assign access to other users,
- Add and Edit all locations,
- Assign locations access to other non-payment administrator users
- Manage Business Day
- Reporting, the transactions shown are from locations that are linked to Business Accounts the Payment Administrator is a user of, see Account Structure Access.
- Refund transaction and manage Chargebacks
