Refund Fees and Process Flows
Overview
Oracle Payment Cloud Service supports referenced refunds, partial referenced refunds, and unreferenced refunds.
This page illustrates the operational refund processing flows and explains how refund fees are handled during refund processing.
Refund Fees
Oracle Payment Cloud Service customers are charged for refunds at the same rate as a charge.
However, the key difference between the Oracle fees charged for charge transactions versus refund transactions is that, whenever a refund is processed, the fee proportional to the refund amount collected from the Oracle customer is returned to the guest card.
