Data Reviews

After a business becomes active, Oracle Payment Cloud Service may occasionally ask you to review the verification information for that business. This is called a Data Review. A data review helps confirm that the business, decision-makers, bank accounts, are still correct.

A data review can appear even when there are no errors to correct. You still need to review the information and submit confirmation that the data has been reviewed. If something has changed, update the information before submitting.

Data Review Notifications

When a data review is required, users of that business see a Data Review notification on Home with Ask Oracle. A user of a business has full control of that business record. For more information, see Assign Account Structure Access.

The notification is specific to one business and remains visible until the review is resolved. When you hover over the notification, the Update Verification button appears. Click Update Verification to go directly to the verification page for that business.

The notification includes a deadline. Complete the review before the deadline. Missing the deadline can affect payment flows, including payouts to your bank account.

Review from Business Management

You can also see an inline notification when you open the business through Business Management. The inline notification includes a link to the same verification page so you can review the data and update anything that has changed.

To Complete the Review

  1. From the Data Review notification, click Update Verification.
  2. Review the business, decision-makers, bank account, and terms of service.
  3. Update any information that is no longer correct.
  4. Submit confirmation that the data has been reviewed.
