Unassign a User from a Business

You must be a user of a Business to be able to remove another another user. For details about required privileges, see Predefined Payment Groups.

Each business must have at least one user.

Unassign a User from the Onboarding Checklist

  1. From the onboarding checklist, click View next to Enter Business Information.
  2. In the Users section, click edit pencil icon.
  3. Deselect one or more Users that should not have access to the business.
  4. Click Update.

Unassign a User from Business Management

  1. Click Business Management at the bottom of the dashboard, and then click the business you want to unassign a user from.
  2. Click Edit and then click Edit Users.
  3. Deselect one or more from Business Users that should not have access to the business.
  4. Click Update.
