Open the Oracle Payments Accounting Report

Use the Oracle Payments Accounting Report to review the Business Day totals needed for reconciliation. Focus on Net Sales, Net Proceeds, Paid Out, Variance, and the payout status.

Steps

  1. Log in to Oracle Payments Cloud Service Portal.
  2. From the dashboard, open the Accounting Report.
  3. Locate the row for the Business Day that matches your OPERA report date.
  4. Review the key columns listed below. These totals drive the remaining reconciliation steps.

Accounting Report column reference

Column Meaning
Net Sales Total card revenue after refunds. Compare this value with the OPERA Grand Total.
Net Proceeds Net Sales minus processing fees. This is the amount expected to be paid to your bank.
Paid Out Amount deposited to your bank account so far.
Variance The gap between Net Proceeds and Paid Out. A zero value means the Business Day is fully paid. A negative value means funds are still pending.
Accounting Payout Status Settlement state for the Business Day. Typical values are Paid Out, Partially Paid, and Not Paid.
