Credential Rotation

Database credentials are automatically rotated at a set frequency. If you require rotation at an earlier date, you will need to submit a support request. The Credential Exchange Service provides a credential rotation notification registry. It is highly recommended that you use the registry to avoid disruption when credentials rotate. Failure to update credentials in a timely manner will result in account lockout. Removing a lockout requires a support request.
