Supply Chain Hub Schema and Workspace

A replication schema and custom schema, in addition to an APEX Workspace, have been added to enable integration with the Oracle Retail Supply Chain Hub module. The schema names are RSCH_RDS and RSCH_RDS_CUSTOM. The workspace name is RSCH.

Note that this is a preliminary step only. Replication to the RSCH_RDS schema will not occur until Oracle Retail Supply Chain Hub enables replication to RDS.

Automated Job Removal

Retail Data Store has removed its automated jobs that grant access to the custom schemas for the replicated views. These jobs were causing issues with application patch processes in some cases. Instead, grants are applied at the time the replicated views are created or changed, so the jobs are no longer needed.

OAS Connections for Auxiliary Schemas

The auxiliary schemas (RDS_CUSTOM_1, RDS_CUSTOM_2, RDS_CUSTOM_3) are now available via connections in Oracle Analytics Server in the same manner that the other custom schemas are available, so reports and other analyses can be created and run against them directly.
