Note: Many components of the Retail Integration Cloud Service (RICS) have been officially scheduled for deprecation, and RICS will no longer receive feature enhancements. RICS will remain available throughout the designated deprecation timelines, but RICS components will be deprecated in phases. See the RICS Deprecation Advisory for details. Oracle Retail strongly recommends initiating a migration plan at the earliest opportunity.
Overview
The Oracle Retail Integration Cloud Service (RICS) is composed of the Oracle Retail Integration Suite of products that are cloud deployable for a customer's integration to Oracle Retail applications and the customer's on-premises or hybrid configurations of third-party applications. The integration products include the following:
- Oracle Retail Integration Bus (RIB)
- Oracle Retail Bulk Data Integration (BDI)
- Retail Financial Integration (RFI)
- Universal Service Mapper (USM)
