Retail Integration Bus (RIB)

Optimized the SQL Queries Pertaining to the RIB Error Hospital Retry Framework

RIB Error hospital retry queries have been optimized for better throughput to help in the reprocessing of the error messages at a faster pace.

RICS Now Supports Merchandising System Activation Feature

RICS provisioning and patching works in conjunction with MFCS System activation, and the RIB-RMS application is enabled/disabled based on MFCS status.

Minor Changes in Retail Integration Hospital Administration Notification User Interface

Added user-friendly feedback messages on the configuration tab for a better user experience.

JMS Monitoring Agent Metrics Cleanup is Automated

JMS Monitoring Agent subscribers sometimes pile up messages on the topics, causing performance degradation. A cron job now runs at scheduled intervals, draining the clogged messages for every topic.

Optimized Universal Service Mapper (USM) Message Logging to Improve Performance

Improved message logging in USM by truncating big messages up to 1 MB.

Dev Ops Improvements

Retail Integration Cloud Service Provisioning and Patching Improvements

RICS Provisioning/Patching automation improvements include better environment validation. RICS patching is further optimized to reduce downtime.

Infrastructure and Security Compliance

Oracle Software Security Assurance (OSSA) Compliance

A Full OSSA cycle was performed, including third-party library updates, security bug fixes, scans, and so on.

Oracle Critical Patch Update (CPU) for July 2024

Oracle releases Critical Patch Updates on a quarterly cadence. This release includes the July 2024 CPU patch.
