Pick Tickets
Overview: Open Pick Tickets can be viewed by selecting Pick Tickets under the More Options ellipsis menu on each Ship-To within the Order Summary page. The option is only displayed if there are open pick tickets for that ship-to.
Select a single pick ticket to view header and line level information including the status, printed date, item, pick line number and quantity printed. Open pick tickets include pre-picks that have authorization or need an authorization but have not yet been selected in a run of Work with Pick Slip Generation.
Managing the picks is through Reprinting and Voiding Pick Slips (WVRP or WSVP) and Displaying Pick Slip Generation Inquiry (DPSI) in Classic view.
Order Pick Ticket API: A web service is available to request details for one or more open pick tickets. The response includes header and detail level data.
