Shipment Tracking Enhancements

With this update, the Modern View displays order tracking information differently:

  • For each shipped order line at the Order Summary page, the Track Shipments option now lists the ship via description, tracking number, ship date, and shipped quantity for that shipment.

  • The tracking icon opens a link to the shipper’s website in a new browser window..

  • When carton contents are available, the Shipment Tracking Details drawer, available from the Order Summary page, now displays the item ID, item description, item image (if the Use External Item Image (L55) system control value is selected), and the shipped quantity for each shipped order line.

    Note:

    The item details are included on the Shipment Tracking Details drawer only when the shipment was confirmed in 21.0 or later through a Pick In request message that includes carton details.

  • If Narvar is enabled, and a record exists in the Order Shipment Details table, the Narvar Track Link is used.

  • If Narvar is enabled and there is no link or record in the Order Shipment Details table, the Shippers URL link is used. If Narvar is not enabled, the Shippers URL link is used.
