Blackout Window

Once the notification window is complete, the blackout window starts. At this point, all non-administration users will be logged out of the system. An error message will be displayed if a user attempts to log in

Administration users can log in and after logging in or if already logged in, warning message will be displayed that the application is in blackout window mode.
