Integration with Merchandising

The Supply Chain Collaboration Cloud Service is integrated with the Oracle Retail Merchandising Foundation Cloud Service (MFCS).

The Supply Chain Hub module interfaces with MFCS both in terms of functionality and the underlying database.

The Supplier Evaluation module has two aspects of integration with MFCS:

• Supplier Site accounts - the automatic creation of accounts when they are approved for use in MFCS, and the subsequent synchronization of key account information.
• Site Evaluation data - details of supplier site assessments and the resulting evaluation scores are shared with MFCS through an automated data feed. MFCS utilizes the data for information purposes and decision-making based on suppliers’ ethical, environmental, safety, and quality performance.

Supply Chain Collaboration APIs

Supply Chain Collaboration Cloud Service has an extensive suite of APIs available for the retrieval, and in some cases, the update and creation of the application’s data by external systems. The APIs are available in both production and non-production environments.
