RFID Zones

A zone is a region within a facility (store or warehouse). RFID data in EICS has a zone associated to it, so setting up zones is the first step of integrating RFID tags. If your facility or external system does not support zones, you could create a single zone record with a “No Zone” description and use that identifier on all RFID events or leave the zone identifier absent on these messages.
