Email Thank You Message Module

The Thank You Message module communicates gratitude to customers who participated in the last peak event. It appears in the post-event email for gas customers only.

User Experience

Gas customers are acknowledged for their role in saving energy throughout the latest peak day.

Location: The module is located at the top of the email.

Message: The message thanks customers for their participation. Because the module is for non-AMI customers whose performance during the peak event is unknown, the message does not comment on customers' actual performance compared to other neighbors. It varies slightly depending on whether a single- or multi-day peak event occurred.

User Experience Variations

The message for the Thank You module varies depending on whether the past peak day was a Single Day Event, or a Multi-Day Event:

• Single Day Event: "Thanks for doing your part this past peak day"
• Multi-Day Event: "Thanks for doing your part on the recent peak days"
