Seasonal Summary Module

The Seasonal Summary module is designed to help customers understand how much energy they used throughout the season. By showing the kilowatt hours (kWh) a customer used during previous peak events, the customer can determine if they are using more or less electricity throughout the season.

Note:

This module will display in post-event emails after the second event.

Requirements and Limitations

Same as listed in the Behavioral Demand Response Requirements and Limitations.

User Experience

After the second peak day of the season, the Seasonal Summary shows customers how they did over the current season's peak days.

The following is an example of the Seasonal Summary module:

User Experience Variations

The message for the Seasonal Summary module varies depending on whether the customer used more, less, or the same amount of energy during the current season's peak days.

The following are sample messages a customer may receive, based on the amount of energy they used during the season's peak events:

• No Rank Change: "This peak day, you used the same as the previous peak day."
• Used Less: "This peak day, you used xx% less than the previous peak day."
• Used More: "This peak day, you used xx% more than the previous peak day."
