Email Modules

Email messages in the Behavioral Demand Response Cloud Service are structured through modules, which provide the customer with information about their energy use, upcoming events, or energy efficiency tips.

The design of the email and its modules varies depending on which user experience variation the customer receives, and whether it is a Pre-Event Email, Pre-Season Summer Welcome Email, or Pre-Event Email message.
