Introduction Module

The Introduction module is a personalized message which includes the customer's first name, brief text encouraging the customer to save energy in the upcoming season, and a seasonal image. The module is located at the top of the Pre-season Summer Welcome Email, after the Header module, and before the Welcome module.

Requirements and Limitations

Same as listed in the Behavioral Demand Response Requirements and Limitations.

This module is only available to customers as part of the Pre-Season Summer Welcome Email.
This module is available for the summer season only.

User Experience

Customers get introduced to the Pre-Season Summer Welcome Email, and are encouraged to save energy during this season.

Example encouraging the customer to save energy during the hottest days of the summer.

Customer Name: The customer's first name is incorporated in the Hero message to set a personalized tone.

Header: The header message informs the customer of the emails' purpose, and prepares them to learn more about how they can save energy in the upcoming season.

Illustration: A friendly illustration is included to visually connect the email to the upcoming summer season.
