Welcome Module

The Welcome module welcomes the customer to the program. It includes details about the program, such as when and why it is happening, how to participate, and the benefits of participating. The module is placed after the Introduction Module, and before the Numbered Steps module.

Requirements and Limitations

Same as listed in the Behavioral Demand Response Requirements and Limitations.

This module is only available to customers as part of the Pre-Season Summer Welcome Email.
This module is available for the summer season only.

User Experience

Through the Welcome module customers get an overview of the program they are enrolled in, and about the impact that small actions can have during peak days.

Header: The header message greets the customer and introduces the program's name.

Subheader message: The message emphasizes the importance of participating by lowering the electricity use on the hottest days of summer.
