Post-Event SMS Message

The SMS channels sends text messages to customers to tell them how they did during the last peak event compared to their neighbors. Messaging varies based on which customer experience variation the customer receives.

Neighbor Rank Experience

Post-event SMS messages tell customers how their energy use ranked compared to 100 similar homes during the peak event. The message includes how much energy they used and their numerical rank.

Customer ranked in top 20	UTIL: Great job! On the 7/1 Energy Savings Day, you used 5.2 kWh and were 10th out of ~100 similar neighbors. This helps to save energy and money. Text STOP to opt out.
Customer ranked 21 or below	UTIL: On the 7/1 Energy Savings Day, you used 5.2 kWh and were 30th out of ~100 similar neighbors. This helps to save energy and money. Text STOP to opt out.
